مقدمه

مجموعه Office شامل Application های هستند که جدا از کاربردها و امکانات هریک ، محیطی هستند مرتبط به هم که به سادگی پا در قلمرو یکدیگر گذاشته و به این ترتیب میتوان از امکانات هر یک درمحیط دیگری استفاده نمود .علاوه براین محیط برنامه نویسی در هر یک، قابلیت بسیار قدرتمندی برای سفارشی نمودن نرم افزار ایجاد نموده بطوریکه کاربری که با امکانات برنامه نویسی آشنا باشید قادر به تولید ابزارهایی می باشد که بسیار کارآمد بوده و میتواند معادل خود Application یا بیش از آن در هر سازمانی ارزشمند باشد.

تعریف ماکرو نویسی

:مجموعه ایی از فرمانهای VBA(Visual Basic for Application) که متصل به فایل جاری و یا متصل به Global.mpt بوده و قابل اجرا برای کاربر باشد.

1-خودکارسازی فعالیتهای تکراری و طولانی

2-ایجاد فرم و سفارشی نمودن Interface

3-ایجاد توابع جدید که در نرم افزار وجود ندارد

4-ایجاد ارتباط میان نرم افزاری مجموعه Office
