Interference Mitigation in Tracking Loop of GPS Receiver based on Adaptive Filtering

Spoofing has vital role in distorting Global Positioning System (GPS) signals. In this paper, a plenary anti-spoofing approach based on adaptive filtering is proposed to diminish spoofing effects. The suggested method can be easily implemented in tracking loop of GPS receiver. An adaptive filter based on the least mean square has been developed for estimating the genuine parameters of counterfeit signal.
