In this work by using OXBASH shell model code is calculated of energy levels of F isotopes. This code which is based on one of the most applicable nuclear models, deals with evaluating energy levels. Meanwhile, the ground state of excitation energy evaluated by OXBASH code together with energy levels and also probable places for nucleons rsquo; placements in each energy level. The objective of this research is removal of Acid Red 151(A.R.151) from aqueous solutionusing palm shell as low-cost adsorbent. The operating parameters such as pH solution, doseof adsorbent, initial dye concentration were investigated.
