Due to biological and physicochemical properties of poly (-amino acid)s interest in synthesis of their novel derivatives was recently increased. As a new and simple approach, an aromatic poly (-amino acid), poly (AA), was prepared from poly salicylaldehyde (PSA) as a precursor which -amino acid groups formed as pendant groups on the PSA framework.
