آشنایی با سنسورهای تعیین ارتفاع مایعات liquid level measurement sensors

سنسورها به جای حواس چند گانه انسان و گاهی فراتر و پیشرفته از آن ، در صنعت ، دارای کاربردهای فراوانی هستند و می توانند بر اساس انچه حس می کنند به قسمتهای مختلف سیستم فرمان داده و یا تصمیم سازی کنند .

سنسور های سنجش ارتفاع مایعات در صنایع گوناگون کاربردهای وسیعی دارند از نمونه این سنسورها می توان به سنسورهای هدایتی و خازنی ، شناور ، تبادل گرمایی ، القایی ، فتو الکتریک ، فشاری و... می توان اشاره کرد .

سنسور هدایتی و خازنی :

این نوع از سنسورها به صورت پیوسته و یا به

صورت نقطه ای ارتفاع را اندازه گیری می کنند نحوه

اندازه گیری آنها بر اساس میزان امپدانس بین دو الکترود در مایع و یا بین یک الکترود و دیواره تانک که هادی الکتریسیته است استوار می باشد .

سنسورهای شناور :

در این دسته از سنسورها یک

قسمت شناور بر روی سطح مایع قرار می گیرد این قسمت شناور به یک کلید مغناطیسی و یا مکانیکی در خارج از مخزن متصل است با تغییر ارتفاع مایع سیستم مکانیکی عمل نموده و یک کلید را قطع و یا وصل می کند.
